¶ 1. Robert White entered a plea of guilty to the charge of "fondling" and was sentenced to a term of ten years and ordered to undergo counseling. White filed a motion for post-conviction relief in the Circuit Court of Lamar County on the basis that his attorneys incorrectly informed him on parole eligibility. The motion was denied.
