¶ 1 Appellant appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on April 14, 1998, in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Appellant was convicted of first degree murder, criminal conspiracy and possession of an instrument of crime. Appellant was sentenced to life in prison.
