Plaintiff Joyce Lown appeals as of right the trial court order granting defendant's motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10) in this action under the Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act (PWDCRA),1 M.C.L. § 37.1101 et seq.; MSA 3.550(101) et seq. We affirm.
