Suwannee County granted Suwannee Farms a special exception to its land development regulations so that Suwannee Farms could build, in an area zoned for agricultural use, a "group living facility" for migrant workers. In an effort to overturn the development order, Geraldine Thomas and others who own property in the vicinity filed in circuit court a verified "complaint and/or appeal." The neighboring property owners now appeal the trial court's orders dismissing...
