This case is before this Court following remand from the Supreme Court. When defendant filed a claim of appeal as of right in this Court from an amended judgment of divorce entered on May 15, 1998, this Court dismissed the claim on its own motion for lack of jurisdiction, finding that the order was a postjudgment order that was appealable only by leave granted.
