¶ 1. Patricia Crase appeals a Desoto County Court's judgment granting a directed verdict in favor of Elizabeth Hahn, Diane Tippitt and Crye-Leike of Mississippi, Inc. Crase was seeking damages for losses she allegedly sustained in the purchase of a house from the seller, Elizabeth Hahn, in which Diane Tippitt, employed by Crye-Leike, acted as the agent.
