¶ 1 Deana Schobert appeals from the order of the Orphans' Court denying her petition to remove Betty Lou Klink as the administratrix of the Estate of Thomas Klink. We affirm.

¶ 2 The relevant facts are not in dispute. The decedent, Thomas Klink, was twenty-eight years of age when he was struck and killed by a motor vehicle as he walked along a highway. The accident occurred on November 22, 1998...
