OPINION

J. HARVEY HUDSON, Justice.

Appellant, Craig Oliver Markey, was charged by information with driving while intoxicated. He was found guilty by a jury, and he subsequently admitted that he had been previously convicted of driving while intoxicated as alleged in the enhancement paragraph. Accordingly, the trial court suspended appellant's driving privileges for one year and sentenced him to serve 90 days in the Harris County Jail. In four points of error...
