Plaintiffs filed this action seeking damages from defendant for an alleged trespass. The case was tried to the court on the sole issue of defendant's liability.
Plaintiff, LAMBCO, Inc., an Indiana corporation, is the owner of the Eastside Marina located in the Turtle Creek Bay of Lake Erie. LAMBCO had purchased the marina from plaintiff, Vincent H. Lamberjack, in 1995.
