Brevard County (Brevard) obtained an order of taking for 240 acres of property owned by A. Duda & Sons, Inc. (Duda), for the construction of artificial wetlands to be used as a disposal and treatment area for Brevard's South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility.
