Appellant, Carlton White, was tried by jury on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance; he was convicted of the drug paraphernalia charge. In summary, the police discovered two crack pipes containing crack cocaine residue in appellant's apartment during the execution of a valid search warrant.
