Before us is Pedro Martinez, III's direct appeal from the district court's denial of his ineffective assistance of counsel claim and motion to withdraw his guilty plea. He also appeals the court's refusal to grant him a two-level sentence decrease for accepting responsibility for his crime and its imposition of a two-level increase for obstruction of justice under the Sentencing Guidelines.
