Judgment unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum:

Defendant was convicted following a jury trial of two counts of assault in the third degree (Penal Law § 120.00 [1]) five counts of endangering the welfare of a child (Penal Law § 260.10 [1]) and one count of menacing in the second degree (Penal Law § 120.14 [1]). We conclude that the verdict is not against the weight of the evidence (see, People v Bleakley, 69 N.Y.2d 490
