Blue Dane Simmental Corporation, Roland Nuss, Ron Vlasin, and Dennis Berhorst (plaintiffs) appeal the grant of judgment as a matter of law entered by the district court2 in favor of the American Simmental Association (ASA), Tom Risinger, and Risinger Ranches (defendants). We affirm.
