When a state university terminated one of its professors, Brent Dalrymple, he and his wife Diane sued three of his colleagues in their individual and official capacities and the University of Texas System. The trial court granted summary judgment for the three individual defendants. A jury thereafter found for the University on all remaining claims, and the trial court rendered a final judgment against the Dalrymples...
