First, whether the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) abused his discretion by ordering Claimant to submit to an independent medical examination (IME) at the request of the City of Philadelphia (Employer). Second, whether the WCJ abused his discretion by suspending Claimant's workers' compensation benefits upon finding that Claimant did not have reasonable cause to excuse his failure...
