Opinion

TAYLOR, J.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, M.C.L. § 750.520b(1)(b); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(b), committed against his fourteen-year-old daughter. He was sentenced to 25 to 50 years' imprisonment. The Court of Appeals reversed his conviction and remanded the matter for a new trial. Unpublished opinion per curiam, issued October 3, 1997 (Docket No. 179955)....
