LAVORATO, Justice.

A jury convicted Tyrie Ball of possession with intent to deliver and failure to affix a drug tax stamp. See Iowa Code §§ 124.401(1)(a), 453B.12 (1997). He appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence, contending that the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress incriminating statements. Because we conclude there was no good cause for his untimely motion to suppress, we do not reach the merits of the court's...
