DICKSON, J.

The defendant, William Edward Riley, was convicted of two counts of dealing in cocaine, both as class A felonies;1 dealing in a substance represented to be a controlled substance, a class D felony;2 and possession of a narcotic drug, a class D felony;3 and he was found to be a habitual offender.4
