INTRODUCTION

NECO, Inc., and NASCO, Inc., brought suit for fraudulent and/or negligent misrepresentation against Larry Price & Associates, Inc., and Larry Price, individually (collectively Price). The district court granted Price's motions for summary judgment, finding that the action was barred by the statute of limitations.
