Ted A. Riviere ("plaintiff") appeals from a judgment filed 26 February 1998 in Cleveland County District Court, denying his motion to require his former wife, Catherine Sciscenti Riviere ("defendant") to return the alimony pendente lite paid to her and the attorneys' fees. Because the trial court erred when it concluded that no final judgment had been entered denying alimony, we reverse the trial court's order.
