The present case involves claims by plaintiff FryeTech, Inc. ("FryeTech"), a manufacturer of carbon paper, against former FryeTech employees and their company, Independent Specialty Coatings, L.L.C. ("ISC"). FryeTech alleges the defendants breached various duties while still FryeTech employees and wrongfully acquired FryeTech property.
