This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of appellee Bruner, an insurance agent, in appellant Blumberg's suit against him for negligent failure to procure coverage. The trial court determined that the statute of limitations ran from the day that Blumberg filed a previous suit against his insurance company for denying coverage for his loss and not from the date when the trial court granted a directed verdict to the company.
