Curtis D. Ables and Jackie Lamkin were convicted by a jury on various federal charges arising from their operation of a bingo hall in violation of Kentucky law. Lamkin appeals from her convictions solely on the basis that 18 U.S.C. § 1955, which prohibits the conducting of an illegal gambling business, is unconstitutional.
