Appellant, Edward E. Volcjak (Volcjak), sued Washington County Hospital Association (WCHA or hospital) in the Circuit Court for Washington County because the hospital terminated his clinical privileges in anesthesiology without providing him a hearing when it entered an exclusive contract with a group of anesthesiologists.
