This lawsuit arises from an intersectional collision. The main issue on appeal is whether the defendant driver was a permissive user of the car he was operating. We affirm the trial court's finding that the defendant driver did not use the car with permission of its owner, which means we also affirm the finding of liability against the uninsured motorist insurer of the plaintiff driver.
