Plaintiffs, Nicholas Axelrod Panagopoulos and Nancy Axelrod, Nicholas' mother, have brought this suit against Phillips Academy, Andover ("Phillips Academy"), claiming that Phillips Academy violated state and federal laws against disability discrimination and breached its contract with the plaintiffs by expelling Nicholas after the first trimester of his senior year.
