Plaintiff, Bobbie Colgin (Colgin), appeals from the trial court judgment rendered in this slip and fall case granting an involuntary dismissal in favor of the defendant, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (Wal-Mart). For the reasons which follow, we affirm.

Colgin filed suit against Wal-Mart, alleging that on August 17, 1992 she suffered personal injuries when she slipped and fell in the Wal-Mart Store located on Gause Boulevard in Slidell, Louisiana....
