We must decide, in light of the Supreme Court's recent decision in Martin v. Hadix, ___ U.S. ___, 119 S.Ct. 1998, 144 L.Ed.2d 347 (1999), whether the district court correctly applied the Prison Litigation Reform Act in awarding attorney's fees.
