This appeal was brought by Dewitt Williams, appellant/defendant (hereinafter referred to as "Mr. Williams"), from a judgment by the Circuit Court of Berkeley County finding him guilty of first degree sexual abuse and sentencing him to one to five years in the State Penitentiary. The defendant has made the following assignments of error: (1) the trial court's failure to strike certain jurors for cause, and (2) the trial court's refusal to give defense instruction...
