Robert Sprinkle sued his employer, Baldwin Pole Leasing and Baldwin Pole & Piling Company, Inc., for workers' compensation benefits. After a hearing, the trial court entered a judgment finding that Sprinkle was permanently, partially disabled and that he had suffered a 50% loss of earning ability.
