¶ 1. Following a bench trial, the Circuit Court of Tallahatchie County ruled that Appellant Merchants Acceptance, Inc. failed to prove it delivered a set of encyclopedias to Appellee Bertha B. Jamison, thereby relieving Jamison from the duty of payment under the contract between the parties, and ordering Merchants Acceptance, Inc. to refund Jamison's $100 deposit and pay court costs.
