Commerce Bank, N.A. brings suit against Chrysler Realty Corporation and DaimlerChrysler Corporation, alleging that they converted collateral in which the bank had a perfected security interest. On cross-motions for summary judgment, the Court found as a matter of law that defendants had converted the bank's right to $218,000.00 in which it held a perfected security interest.
