Respondent Sheila Ashton filed a claim in the District Court of Maryland, sitting in Baltimore City, against petitioner Auction & Estate Representatives, Inc. for breach of contract. The District Court found against respondent, but the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, in an appeal on the record, reversed.
