In these malpractice actions, plaintiffs allege that defendant Stephen Small, an attorney, negligently failed to investigate and prosecute timely state tort claims arising out of plaintiffs' employment with their former employers. This matter is presently before the court on defendant's motions to dismiss plaintiffs' first amended complaints, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2), for lack of personal jurisdiction...
