¶ 1 Dean Seader (Seader) pled guilty to one count of felony theft after the District Court for the Thirteenth Judicial District, Yellowstone County, denied Seader's motion to suppress evidence of a stolen all-terrain vehicle (ATV) obtained in a search of his van.
