This matter is before the court on a petition for a writ of habeas corpus (Doc. 1) filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioners are each serving sentences of twenty four (24) months probation for one count of cultivation of marijuana and one count of failure to pay drug tax.
