US-1 Van Lines of Georgia, Inc. ("US-1") appeals from a default judgment in the amount of $18,000 for actual damages and $8,094 for litigation costs, including attorney fees. In this appeal, US-1 contends the trial court (1) abused its discretion when it denied its request for a continuance of the non-jury trial on damages, and (2) improperly awarded attorney fees to the plaintiff. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
