In this disciplinary proceeding, a trial panel of the Disciplinary Board found that the accused committed multiple violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility, namely, disciplinary rules (DR) 1-102(A)(3)1 and DR 3-101(B)2 and suspended him from the practice of law for 15 months. Because that suspension was more than six months, this court automatically reviews the trial panel's decision...
