The State of Florida appeals an order granting Boris Masip's petition for writ of error coram nobis. We reverse.

On May 3, 1989, Masip was charged with committing a lewd assault on a minor. Masip pleaded no contest to the charge and, on May 4, 1989, he was sentenced to three years probation.
