This disciplinary matter arises from a Petition for Discipline charging Respondent, Philip Valentino, Jr., with a violation of Pa.R.D.E. 203(b)(1), based upon his conviction of one count of mail fraud,18 U.S.C. § 1341. The Disciplinary Board has recommended that Respondent be disbarred. Upon independent review of the circumstances surrounding Respondent's conviction, we hold that the appropriate sanction for his misconduct...
