On November 10, 1994, appellant, Ronald W. Parker, filed a Complaint in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County against E. Pamela Waldron,1 alleging conversion and breach of contract. Waldron, a former attorney in appellant's law firm, removed approximately seventy files from appellant's office when she terminated her employment.
