Henry Narte ("Narte") appeals from the sentence imposed on his plea of guilty for violations of the Lacey Act stemming from the illegal harvest, transportation and sale of geoduck clams under 16 U.S.C. §§ 3372(a)(2)(A) (1999), 3373(d)(1)(B) (1999), and 18 U.S.C. § 371 (1999).
