IN RE OF J.D.,

No. 98-00460.

725 So.2d 429 (1999)

In the Interest of J.D., a child. D.D., Appellant, v. State, Department of Children and Families, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

February 3, 1999.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Pedro G. Velez, Jr., Tampa, for Appellant.

Jerry Nelson, Senior Attorney, Department of Children and Families, New Port Richey, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

The mother of J.D. challenges the trial court's order terminating her parental rights. We affirm the final judgment because, after reviewing the record, we conclude that the Department of Children and Families met its burden of establishing the need for termination of parental rights by clear and convincing evidence.
