We allowed the defendant's application for direct appellate review of her convictions of perjury (two indictments) and attempted perjury (one indictment). A single justice of this court reserved and reported the correctness of the denial of the defendant's motion to dismiss the conspiracy indictment against her on grounds of double jeopardy.
