Claimant-appellant Clayton Kalawaia appeals from an order of the circuit court, confirming an arbitration award in his favor, but denying him prejudgment interest. Initially, this case presents a heretofore unresolved issue concerning appellate jurisdiction. We hold, on the facts of this case, that we have appellate jurisdiction to entertain Kalawaia's appeal.
