Kambuia McIntosh appeals from the revocation of his probation. He pleaded guilty on January 25, 1999, to theft of property in the second degree, a violation of § 13A-8-4, Ala.Code 1975. McIntosh was sentenced to three years' imprisonment. The trial court ordered his sentence to run concurrently with another sentence he was serving.
