Bharat Bhatt, a Hindu and a native and citizen of India, seeks review of the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") denying his application for asylum. Bhatt contends that the BIA lacked substantial evidence for its decision because it failed to properly credit evidence that he had suffered persecution on account of his religion and that he fears retaliation from Hindu radicals on account of his aid to Moslems during the 1992-93...
