This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction, pursuant to a guilty plea, of one count of attempted robbery. The district court sentenced appellant Darrell Glenn Lee to serve a minimum of eighteen (18) and a maximum of forty-five (45) months in the Nevada State Prison. Further, the district court ordered appellant to pay restitution in the amount of six hundred and sixty-four dollars...
