(collectively "Sure-Feed") appeal from the July 22, 1998 order of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota adopting the jury's finding of infringement of claims 1, 2, and 8 of U.S. Patent 4,991,831 and denying Sure-Feed's motion for judgment as a matter of law, or in the alternative, a new trial.
